A non-profit organization committed to strengthening Resource Families by:

• Promoting the general welfare of children in protective care in Contra Costa County
• Developing a better understanding of issues and challenges related to protective care
• Encouraging the recruitment and retention of Contra Costa County families 
• Providing current information pertaining to the welfare of children
